Dinmore Engineering (DE) is a professional engineering consulting firm based in Skillman, New Jersey. DE specializes in constructability reviews and construction inspection across a range of civil industries, with core expertise in bridge structures, roadway, and stormwater management. Founded in 2015, the firm started in construction engineering and has since grown into a trusted advisor to owners and consultants across the industry.

Gary M. Dinmore has over 30 years of experience in the bridge industry. Gary started working in construction after leaving the military, his engineering career started after college in building forensics and bridge inspection, with exposure to major bridges coming while working in NYC for Parsons Brinckerhoff before transitioning back into the construction side as a project manager for NAB Construction, and later SPEARIN Marine Construction, and eventually at Halmar International, an ENR top 500 company, as Chief Engineer until going out on his own as principal engineer for Dinmore Engineering. Gary is an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University and holds a professional engineer license in NY, NJ, and PA. Before starting his career, Gary was a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces as a member of an ‘A’ - detachment and is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and a Service-Disabled Veteran.
